Information we collect

When FleetFlow is used as an operations platform or mobile app, the system may process operational data needed to run transport services, including driver accounts, partner accounts, vehicle details, route assignments, booking references, route status updates, dispatch notes, timestamps, device information and technical logs.
FleetFlow Partners mobile app
The FleetFlow Partners app is used by drivers, partner staff and partner managers to receive route requests, view daily programs, manage assigned work, share operational status and support live transport coordination.
- Location data: while a driver or partner user has an active operational session and has accepted location sharing, the app may send live location pings to FleetFlow so the platform can support dispatch visibility, active trip monitoring and passenger live tracking. The app does not use location sharing for unrelated marketing.
- Location permission: the app may request precise or approximate location permission. Location is used for route operations, live vehicle visibility, pickup coordination and service-area checks where enabled.
- Push notifications: the app may register a device notification token so FleetFlow can send route alerts, new booking notifications, daily program updates, live tracking alerts and urgent operational messages.
- Device and app data: the app may process app version, platform, device token, notification delivery information and basic diagnostic information to keep the service reliable.
- Local storage: the app may store authentication tokens, selected vehicle/session details and user preferences securely on the device where needed for login and operations.
How we use information
We use website enquiry information to respond to your request, arrange demos, understand your operational needs and improve our communication.
We use platform and mobile app information to provide FleetFlow services, authenticate users, assign routes, notify drivers and partners, show active work, support live tracking, calculate operational reports, protect the platform, troubleshoot errors and improve reliability.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may use hosting, email, notification, mapping, analytics, IT, infrastructure and development providers, including SitePlanet where needed for website and product support, to operate the website, platform and mobile apps.
Operational data may be visible to the transport company, partner company, authorized office users, drivers, managers or passengers only where needed for the transport service, dispatch workflow, live tracking or booking support.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept only for as long as needed for communication, business follow-up and legal or security requirements. Operational records, booking logs, location pings, notification tokens and technical logs are kept only for as long as needed for transport operations, customer support, auditing, security, legal requirements and service reliability.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing info@fleetflow.gr.
Managing permissions
You can manage app permissions such as location and notifications from your device settings. If location permission or notification permission is disabled, some FleetFlow mobile features such as live tracking, route alerts or pickup coordination may not work as intended.
Cookies
This homepage does not require marketing cookies to submit the contact form. Server logs may be kept for security and performance.
Security
FleetFlow uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect account, operational and booking data. No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and limit access to authorized users.
